三、解決實(shí)驗(yàn)中的核心問題
樣本蒸發(fā)與污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)：傳統(tǒng)密封膜粘性不足、密封性差，易導(dǎo)致 PCR、qPCR、ELISA 實(shí)驗(yàn)中樣本蒸發(fā)、交叉污染，Excel Scientific 高粘性密封膜與鋁箔密封產(chǎn)品可緊密貼合微孔板邊緣，減少樣本損耗與污染，保障檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確。
自動(dòng)化封板適配困難：普通密封耗材易卷邊、定位不準(zhǔn)，無(wú)法適配自動(dòng)封板儀與高通量篩選設(shè)備，公司卷狀密封膜、預(yù)切定位密封片可穩(wěn)定適配自動(dòng)化流程，減少設(shè)備卡頓與操作失誤。
細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)氣體交換不足：常規(guī)密封膜透氣性差，影響細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)時(shí) CO?與氧氣交換，AeraSeal 系列透氣密封膜可平衡密封性與氣體通透性，維持細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)環(huán)境穩(wěn)定，避免細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)異常。
